Our "Sportsman Series" lines of Corvette IRS Differentials are built for the Corvette enthusiast who wishes to have a professionally prepared, high performance street/track differential for their C6 automatic Corvette.

Unlike O.E. GM differentials that are limited to stock gear ratios and slapped together on a production line where assembly speed is more important that build quality... Each DTE Sportsman Series Corvette IRS Street/Track Differential is available in a wide selection of gear ratios to suit your specific application and each unit is entirely prepared, hand assembled, and blueprinted right here in the USA! Our in-house production capability enables us to maintain a very tight quality control process. That process guarantees outstanding build quality every time.

Stage 3 "Sportsman Series" Street/Track Differential

  • Disassembly to bare case for component inspection
  • Power steam cleaning, hand washing, & bead blasting of all differential components to a like-new finish
  • Machining of specific components for improved fitment & functionality over stock
  • Proprietary oiling improvements
    • Extends bearing & clutch pack life through cooler operation
  • A choice of 3.42, 3.73, 3.90, & 4.10 ratios additionally prepared for performance applications
  • Cryogenically treated ring & pinion set
    • Increases gear set longevity, wear resistance, & promotes quiet operation

    • Replaces weaker OEM 1-piece shaft design that breaks in HP applications & is of superior strength to C6-Z06 shaft
  • DTE's own design/manufactured billet aluminum HD pinion shaft support
    • Replaces weaker, crack prone OEM cast aluminum parts to prevent pinion shaft deflection & is of superior strength to the cast aluminum C6-Z06 support

  • 100% refundable when good, undamaged core is returned within 15 days of new differential delivery
  • Any good, unbroken, & assembled differential core in working order may be used for trade-in, but will-be refund is pro-rated based on the differential model that is returned.

Differential Core Return Refund Credit:

  • 2 series, 1-rib core returned: $200 refund credit
  • 3 series, 1-rib core returned: $425 refund credit
  • 2 series, 3-rib core returned: $600 refund credit
  • 3 series, 3-rib core returned: Full $750 refund credit

*Whichever comes first. Warranty excludes racing application use, failure due to abusive wheel hop, low oil level, infrequent lube change intervals, differential selected that is under-rated for application, etc. See provided policies/warranties for complete details.
